Lost Wax Casting
Using the ancient art of lost wax casting, state of the art technology, science and a little magic we provide our clients with quality castings at competitive market rate prices. Whether you are commercial retailer/supplier that needs bulk castings or a student with single carved or 3D printed pieces we can help you with your casting.
Casting can be done from injection molds, waxes, original carved pieces, 3d prints* or stl files, we will work with what you have.

Casting is done on site in Downtown Honolulu and can be shipped as needed. *Some castable resins do not work in our system. Please contact us for details.
We provide castings in:

10kt
14 & 18kt Yellow, White and Pink Gold.
22 and 24kt Yellow Gold
While gold prices are higher than ever and we cast in different karats to suit your needs. We purchase .9999 fine gold and alloy it to meet our customers needs.
Silver
Deox Sterling silver
Silver is a more affordable way to use a premium metal for your pieces. We use De-ox sterling silver containing de-oxidizing elements like zinc, germanium and silicon that significantly increase the alloy's resistance to tarnishing and fire scale, for a whiter, brighter finish that requires less polishing and maintains its luster for longer compared to traditional sterling silver.

3D CAD modeling-3D CAD services are available to turn you ideas into reality with models or pieces for print and casting. Prints from STL files can be ordered as you need them. Prints in low and high resolution are available
Injection mold making-Molds can be created from original cast pieces so that you can reproduce your pieces as you need them. Molds can be stored and wax injections can be ordered for future casting
Finishing and polishing-You can request finishing and polishing of your cast pieces.
Stone Setting-Cast pieces needing stone setting can be arranged for you
