A fun, “bring your BFF along” class. This one-day workshop is a quick, enjoyable introduction to metalsmithing. We will demonstrate how to form and solder a silver ring while learning various techniques to make rings that fit your unique personal style. Invite someone special and spend an exciting afternoon creating something sparkly for Summer.
We will be working with sterling silver, and using a butane torch to complete in-class projects. There is enough material to make five stack rings.
This workshop is suitable for beginners (15 years and older). No prior metalsmithing experience necessary. Beginners welcomed!
This workshop is one session, 4.5 hours long.
