Just in time for the Holiday Season, we are offering a special Stack Ring workshop. How about gifting this workshop as a unique present? Even better, book yourself a spot and make it a friends and family crafting event!
This short, fun, “bring your BFF along” class is a quick, enjoyable introduction to metalsmithing. We will demonstrate how to form and solder a silver ring while learning various techniques to make rings that fit your unique personal style. Invite someone special and spend two enjoyable afternoons creating sparkly rings that are perfect for gift-giving (or keeping).
We will be working with sterling silver, and using a butane torch to complete in-class projects. There is enough material to make five stack rings.
This workshop is suitable for beginners (15 years and older). No prior metalsmithing experience necessary. Beginners welcomed!
This workshop is two sessions, 3 hours each session, for a total of 6 classroom hours.
